Требования:
• minimum marketing / business related degree from a respected university.
• relevant industry experience (min 3 years in market research/consumer & business insights).
• demonstrate strong project management skills and analytical competence, with a heavy focus on attention to detail.
• proven communication skills with ability to exert credible influence over project teams, executive boards and stakeholders.
• flexible approach and ability to use initiative.
• experience in fmcg/top primary research agency.
• experience both in quantitative and qualitative research.
• strong commercial awareness and financial acumen.
• ability to work collaboratively and cross functionally, strong team player.
• good knowledge of microsoft word, excel and powerpoint.
• fluent english (spoken and written).

Должностные обязанности:
• develops and executes a research plan which accurately identifies information needs and knowledge gaps critical for driving the strategic marketing and business plan. Analyses and interprets research data into meaningful insights that drive the business. Work with strategic planning director of russia, europe and global research teams, agency strategic planners and research vendors. Key customers include senior management, marketing department and internal support group. This position represents the consumer voice in the mcdonald´s decision making process.
• to demonstrate, and coach, best-in-class communication and presentation skills through strong internal relationships and system practices.
• to lead, develop and manage future direct resources (assistant research manager) into the future research managers of mcdonald’s.
